1. What is a payday loan?
A payday loan is a small unsecured loan, usually for $100 to $1000, which is designed to meet your financial needs until your next payday. Payday loans are also known as cash advance, short term loans, payday advances, cash loans, fast cash, fast loans, bad credit loans, deferred deposit, and a number of other things. 4. How do I get a payday loan?
Complete the online application and submit it from the web site. You may also print the application, fill it out, and bring it into us or fax it to the number of a location you choose. Once you have been approved you will be required to sign, either electronically or in person, and agree to the terms specified. There is no obligation to accept the loan. If you do not agree to the terms of the loan then do not sign it. In most cases the proceeds of your loan will be electronically deposited into your bank account the next business day. All payments are made by electronic transfer from your bank account when authorized.

5. How long do I have to pay back the loan?
Normally the loan is due your next pay date. However the laws in the state where you made your loan or that of the lender will dictate the terms. You may be allowed to extend your loan by paying a fee. In your loan documents you will find the specific terms, date due, and amounts financed and payment due along with instructions as to what happens when your loan is due. Typically you have the following options: Pay off the loan in full, Renew the loan and pay interest and fees only, Renew the loan and pay interest and part of the principal.

6. How do I get my cash?
In most cases your loan will be wired directly into your bank account, by the lender, by the end of the next business day. In some cases you could have access to the funds in your account in as little as one hour if you are applying during normal banking hours. If you apply on a weekend or holiday, the money will be sent to your bank the next business day. If you are applying in person or upon request you may receive a check at one of our locations.

7. How quickly can I get my money?

8. What are the loan fees for my cash advance?
Fees and terms vary. You will need to check your contract for exact terms and fees.

9. How much money can I have advanced to me?
The minimum loan amount is $100 with a maximum of $1000. The lender may offer you a smaller loan until you establish a payment history with them. Ultimately the amount is based on a percentage of your income and determined by state law. Check with your lender for the guidelines established by their state.

10. Do bank holidays affect my loan?
Yes, all Federal and State bank holidays are observed. If your loan is approved on a weekend or bank holiday your funds will be sent the next business day. You should contact the lender directly to confirm when the money will be deposited to, or your payment debited from, your account. You can also verify the transaction by contacting the ACH department of your bank.

11. What if I do not get approved?
Unfortunately there is no guarantee that your loan application will be accepted but we at Ruby Mountain Finance Inc. do our best to assist you in your financial acquisition. A written statement outlining the reason for your denial will be mailed to you. Some times it may be a matter of not being able to verify an item on your application. You can re-apply any time.

12. What if I only have a savings account?
As long as your account has electronic ACH (Automated Clearing House) capability, and your bank authorizes such transactions, and your paycheck is direct deposited into said savings account, then the loan can be done. Please ask about possible alternate services we may have available.

13. What if I have a fixed income or benefits?
Enter your benefit provider as your Employer, along with their phone number, and the number of months you have been receiving benefits along with the term of your benefits.

14. What if I do not have a driver's license or state ID?
A valid state issued ID or driver's license is required.

15. Does your company do credit checks?
Typically the lender will not perform credit checks with the three reporting bureaus: Exxperian, Equifax, or Trans Union. Credit checks or consumer reports through alternative providers may be obtained. Typically these reports will not affect your credit score.

16. Do I have to apply online?
While applying online is not a requirement it can speed up the approval process. If you are not comfortable applying online you still might consider printing out our application and the things to bring checklist. Complete your application prior to going to your nearest location, gather the documents on the checklist, bring them to Ruby Mountain Finance, Inc. or the specified location. We will do our best to make the process as simple and convenient as possible.

17. Who is a typical customer?
